ABSTRACT
Jack, a masterful assassin hailing from the United States, vows to his contact that he will retire from his profession after one last assignment when a mission in Sweden falls through. Venturing out to the picturesque Italian countryside on a mission to construct a specialized sniper rifle for contact Mathilde, Jack seeks the guidance of area Catholic priest Father Benedetto after he finds himself struggling to cope with memories of his last assignment, ultimately jeopardizing his life as he begins to contemplate stepping away from his shadowy career and settling down with a woman in the peaceful European republic.
