ABSTRACT
A spaceship resembling a human crashes near New York City's Statue of Liberty; it is operated by a hundred inch-tall humanoid aliens looking to save their drought-stricken planet by draining Earth's oceans. The ship, designed to resemble its captain, is hit by a car driven by single mother Gina Morrison, sparking a series of misadventures threatening to compromise the ship's mission as its emotionless captain finds himself developing strange feelings resembling love for Gina.
